I'm on a search for wholeness, and words help me find my way. During a challenging time in midlife, I discovered sacred stories of healing that led me through a process of integration. In my writing, I seek to share the gift with others.

I live with my family in the beautiful Bernese Jura region of Switzerland, where I treasure every opportunity I get to go hiking in the mountains, and try not to eat too much of the delicious local cheese and chocolate. As well as reading and writing, I also enjoy fiber crafts (spinning and knitting), and music, especially choral singing.
